1tsp baking powder
1oz cocca powder
2 oz butter
21/2 oz flour
3 eggs
4oz sugar
FOR ICING:-
1 tiny cherry
1 tin pineapple
1 packet cream
1 bar of bitter chocolate
1tbsp icing sugar
RECIPE:-
1.Melt butter and allow it to cool.Sieve floor coca powder and baking powder.Beat eggs and sugar till thick and creamy.
2. Fold half the floor in the mixture and the remaining flour with melted butter.
3. Grease pan and pour the mixture in it. Bake for 35-40 minutes in preheated oven 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Beat cream with icing sugar until thick and fluffy. Cut the cake into half horizontally, pour cherry syrup on it and then spread the cream. Place few cherries and pineapple pieces.
5.Cover the cake and decorate with cream and grated chocolate.
