If you have been called for the next round of interviews, you can be sure that the interviewer has liked you. Any manager will not waste his time interviewing candidates in which he sees no potential. So, if you have been called for the next interview, it means that the manager sees you as a possible candidate to join the organization.

Interview Takes Longer Time
Usually, if the interviewer has liked a candidate, they would spend a lot more time with him, discussing job interview questions and answers, answering his questions about the organization, explaining him the company culture, his future jobs and responsibilities, etc. This is the interviewer's way of selling the position to a candidate he wants in his team. If at the end of the interview, the interviewer asks for references for your background check, it shows that he is taking the next step to test you as a potential candidate. It is indeed one of the signs of a good interview.

Another of the signs that your interview went well is when the manger introduces you to his other team members after the interview. A manager will do this only if he has almost made up his mind to hire you.

Displays Positive Body Language
If the interviewer displays positive body language, it is one of the signs of a good interview. If you find the interviewer extremely polite, smiling and nodding as you answer the most common interview questions, listening to you carefully, in short looking interested, it shows that he has liked you. However, if you see him going through the interview hurriedly, not asking you many questions and uninterested in your answers, it shows that he does not mean to hire you.

Makes Future Plans
If the interviewer, during the process of the interview, starts making plans as to how you would be handling the work, making improvements, changes etc., it indicates that he already sees you working on the position you have applied for.
